UUC Business Model Restructuring Project
Academic institutions have a tendency of neglecting the cost benefit analysis under the disguise of being a service with more social orientation. Essentially Higher Learning Institutions in private sector cannot afford to neglect this as their service quality and long-term sustenance is highly dependent on the cost conscious value addition to their service offerings. In this Unity University College is not an exception as the strategic link between the viability and affordable cost that can be incurred in producing a graduate on different programs is completely over looked? For this reason a Restructuring project is proposed which is intended to address some of the core issues in this grey area and build comprehensive solutions for better and stable growth of Unity University College.
Focus areas for Restructuring: Academic considerations,
International competitiveness, Academic coherence, Resource considerations
and External considerations
