This project is intended to generate billing and collection on behalf of various utility service providers and also to provide facility to make any sort of payment to any government and non-government organizations as a source of single window for all types of payments by the general public.

Project Mission

To provide single window billing and collection services through network centers on behalf of utility services and to provide facility to make any payment by the common public through single window at least cost with maximum benefit both to the service provider and to the consumer.

Goals and Specific Objective
  1. Facilitate the government utility service provider.
  2. Provide efficient service to the consumer through single window.
  3. Give value addition to the services to the consumer.
  4. Increase the efficiency of billing and collection of the utility service providers.
  5. Generate accurate information on billing collection.
  6. Enable the utility service provider to reduce the cost service.
  7. Computerize the billing and collection activities of the utility service providers.
  8. Facilitate the consumer by allowing to pay all amounts for different utility services through single window.
Project Benefits
  1. It reduces the government's burden on certain common activities of certain utility service organizations which can be carried out by outside expert through electronic means.
  2. it reduces the cost of the service provided by the utility services if redundancies and duplications are eliminated.
  3. Billing for the services will be accurate to the consumer.
  4. Collection of revenue from public will be faster
  5. Saving of government funds by eliminating duplication of certain activities of different government utility services to the same consumer.
  6. Overdue amounts can be reduced.
  7. Utility service provider can concentrate on improving or developing the base activities.

  10. All payments relating to government utility services can be made by the consumer through single window using the electronic means.
