This is a major organ with a clear focus on translating the opportunities explored by it sister division i.e. Research and Development into business for the accomplishment of the business mission of the Capacity Building Institute.
To support its activities this division has developed a corporate data base for Trainers and Consultants consisting of high end professional from with in Ethiopia and select African countries.
